Refund Policy

This policy explains the refund eligibility, request process and payment handling for VPN54 subscription services. Submit requests through a ticket in the user panel. The outcome and any requests for additional information will be confirmed in the same ticket. Keep your order records to help verify payment and track refund progress.

Refund Window and Eligibility

You may request a full, no-questions-asked refund within 7 days of your first payment. The refund window is based on the record of your first successful payment, and the request time is based on the ticket submission record. You do not need to prove a service fault or complete route troubleshooting before submitting a request.

First-payment requests for monthly subscriptions and data packages are reviewed under the same terms. Renewals, duplicate payments, mid-cycle upgrades and other subsequent orders do not automatically reopen the first-payment refund window. For disputes involving those orders, list the relevant payment records in a ticket so each can be reviewed separately.

Data Usage and Exceptional Circumstances

Normal connections, subscription imports and test routes are not grounds for denying a no-questions-asked refund. This policy does not set a deduction rate for data used or publish a numerical threshold for “excessive use.” The refund terms above will not be reduced by temporary data limits.

Ordinary cancellations made after the request window do not qualify for the full, no-questions-asked refund for a first payment. A transaction that has already been refunded cannot be refunded a second time. For an unpaid or failed-payment order, first check whether a charge was actually made rather than treating it as a paid order.

Cases involving account violations, unusual data usage, payment fraud or disputes over who made a payment are reviewed against the Terms of Service and order evidence. The decision should explain the specific facts and grounds. An unusual account status does not by itself mean that all funds will be withheld.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Sign in to the user panel, open the Ticket Center and state that you are requesting a refund.
  2. Provide the order number, payment method and verifiable proof of payment. If you have multiple orders, specify which order this request concerns.
  3. Add any requested verification materials to the original ticket, and confirm the outcome and refund route there to keep the record complete.

You do not need to provide your account password or a full subscription link. Redact information unrelated to the order from payment screenshots. If more information is needed, requests should be limited to what is necessary to verify the transaction and process the refund. A request submitted within the window will not be treated as late because supporting materials are added afterward.

Payment Methods and Refund Routes

VPN54 supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments made with Alipay or WeChat Pay are generally returned to the original payment account through the original channel. If that channel cannot process the refund, explain why in a ticket and confirm an alternative method first. Refunds are not automatically converted to account credit or data.

USDT transfers have a different refund process from Alipay and WeChat Pay; do not assume that an original transaction can be reversed directly. Before processing, the original transaction must be checked, and the receiving address, transfer network and refund amount must be confirmed in a ticket. Do not provide or change receiving details without confirmation.

Any differences involving exchange rates, network fees or channel restrictions must be listed and confirmed before processing. No undisclosed fees will be deducted from the agreed refund amount.

Refund Timing and Status Checks

Request handling, refund initiation and receipt of funds are separate steps. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on payment channel processing, account status and USDT network confirmations. This policy does not guarantee a fixed arrival time. Check progress against the ticket updates and your actual receipt records.

If you have received a refund initiation notice but the funds have not arrived, follow up in the original ticket and provide the relevant order and refund records. Keep the ticket and proof of payment until receipt is verified. You do not need to make another payment to move the refund forward.

Refund Completion and Disputes

Once a refund is complete, the service benefits and subscription access associated with that order will be ended or adjusted accordingly. Other valid orders should be checked separately and will not be canceled as part of this request. Data packages remain available until used and do not expire; this usage-period rule does not extend the refund request window indefinitely.

If you disagree with a verification decision, refund amount or receipt record, add evidence to the original ticket and request a review. Relevant information is handled under the Privacy Policy. Refund communications are governed by the records in the user panel ticket.
