A good fit for browsing, research and text-based AI tools. If your typical use is mostly reading and communication, start with this tier, track your actual usage and adjust if needed.
Includes 60GB of data; this is not an unlimited-data plan. Video streaming, large file transfers and background app updates can all add to your usage, so factor them in when choosing a plan.

Includes 500GB of data; it is not unlimited and does not increase your local network bandwidth. Streaming performance also depends on your connection, selected route and the destination platform, so the data allowance alone can’t predict it.

Data packs suit occasional access, project-based use or anyone who prefers not to plan usage by the month. They never expire, so you can use them on your own schedule. The selected pack still has a fixed data allowance: never expiring does not mean unlimited data.

Use VPN54 on as many devices as you like. Supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Choose a plan based on its data rules, not the number of devices. Configure the client on each device and check that it connects successfully.
Download clients and subscription details from the user panel. Sign in to access clients for Windows, macOS, Android and Linux; a valid plan is required for the iOS download link. Downloading a client and activating a network subscription are separate steps: after downloading, import your subscription and verify the connection.

Check the subscription list in your client for available routes, then choose an exit location that suits your destination and needs. Total plan data does not indicate route speed; your local network and the destination service also affect performance.
You can test access to streaming services and AI tools on the platforms you use, but plans do not include memberships to third-party platforms. Regional content libraries, account eligibility and platform policies are set by each service; a network connection does not grant access rights to its content.

Open the user panel from a plan card and first confirm whether you’re choosing a monthly plan or a data pack. Check the price, included data and validity rules before continuing. No email address is required; create an account with a username and password.
Pay on the payment page
Choose Alipay, WeChat Pay or USDT on the payment page, then follow the instructions shown. For USDT payments, verify the network, recipient details and amount shown on the page. Don’t reuse payment details saved from another order or pay based on information forwarded in a chat.
Return to the panel to check your order
After paying, return to the user panel to check your order status and subscription details. If the payment result and order status don’t match, keep your payment receipt and check the relevant order before contacting support through a ticket. Avoid repeating actions that could cause confusion between orders.
The user panel is the source of truth for order and subscription status. Once your plan is active, open the client section to get and import your subscription. When setting up another device, use your own account access; don’t use subscriptions from unknown public sources. For setup help, see the Help Center. 7-day no-questions-asked refunds
Choosing a plan means more than comparing prices; make sure it fits your devices, client and network environment. VPN54 offers 7-day no-questions-asked refunds. See the refund policy for eligibility details and submit requests through a support ticket in the user panel. Don’t post payment documents publicly.
Include the relevant order and your reason for requesting a refund so the team can check the details. If you’re also having connection issues, include the error message and steps you’ve tried. Don’t share your password or full subscription link in your ticket. Add information and check progress in the same ticket.
